I keep your website current and working.

• Every week I check that the site loads fast and looks right on a phone, and I send a test through your contact form to make sure messages still arrive.
• I make the changes you send me: hours, prices, menus, seasonal rates, new photos, staff.
• I check for broken links and missing images.
• I keep hosting healthy, take backups, and warn you before your domain comes up for renewal.
• If something breaks, I fix it.
• I keep a dated log of every change.

Google listing care

I keep your Google listing active, so it keeps showing up.

• A Google post every week: a finished job, a seasonal note, an event, a new photo.
• Review requests going out to that week's customers.
• A reply to every new review the same day, good or bad.
• At least one new photo a month, answers to new questions, and spam cleared out.
• Your hours checked, with holiday and seasonal hours set ahead of time.
• A monthly look at your calls, direction requests and website clicks, so you can see the trend.

What isn't included

• New pages or bigger changes. I quote those before I start.
• Your Facebook page. That's its own plan.
• Promises about where you'll rank. I'll report the trend honestly instead.

How it goes

• You text or email me when something changes. Once a month I'll ask if anything has.
• You get a short note each month with what went out and what's coming.
• Cancel anytime, effective at the end of that month. The site and the listing stay yours.

Questions people ask

Do I need both?

Not necessarily. If your site hardly ever changes, Google listing care on its own might be all you need, and I'll tell you so.

What if nothing changes that month?

I still run the checks and the backups, and the Google side keeps going without you having any news.

Why is Google care the same price when it's more work?

Because I'd rather you were on it. The monthly price is about keeping the listing working and keeping us in touch.

Will you post on my Facebook page too?

Not on this plan. That's a separate service, and plenty of businesses don't need it.
