What you get

• Your profile claimed and verified, including Google's video check if it asks for one.
• Set up as a storefront or a service area, whichever matches how you work.
• The right categories, picked by looking at who you're up against locally.
• Every field filled in: description, services, products, hours, and your seasonal and holiday hours.
• Your logo, a cover photo, and 10 to 20 of your own photos.
• A button for booking or for your website.
• A check for the things that get profiles suspended, like a keyword stuffed into the business name.
• Your name, address and phone matched up on the main directories that list you, with duplicates cleaned out.
• A review kit: your Google review link, a printable QR card, and short text and email templates for asking.
• A few common questions answered on the profile, and your first Google post.
• A one-page summary of what I did and how to keep it working.

What isn't included

• Weekly posts and review replies after setup. That's Google listing care, $35 a month.
• A website. That's separate, or $1,100 together with this.
• Paid ads. I don't run them for anyone.
• More than one location.
• Disputes over reviews you already have.

How it goes

1. We look your business up together and check whether anyone ever claimed the listing.
2. You log into your own Google account on your own device. About ten minutes.
3. If Google asks for video verification, you walk your place with your phone. I'll talk you through it.
4. You give me your hours, including busy season and holidays, and send me photos. Daylight phone photos are fine.
5. I do the rest, then send you the summary.

How long it takes

The setup is quick, and changes show up on Google within minutes to days. More calls and map visibility usually start around four to eight weeks. The strongest results build over three to six months as reviews and activity add up.

Nobody can promise you the top spot or give you a date for it, and I won't.

About reviews

I'll set you up to ask every customer the same way. I won't write reviews, offer anything in exchange for them, pick who gets asked, or ask for a star rating. All of that breaks Google's rules.

Questions people ask

Is this the same as a website?

No. It's the box that comes up when someone searches your name, and your pin on the map. Search your business on your phone to see yours.

Can't I do this myself?

You can. The listing is free and nothing I do is a secret. You're paying for the eight or ten hours it takes, and for not making the one mistake that gets a profile suspended for weeks.

Somebody calls me every week about my Google listing.

Those are almost always scams. Google doesn't cold-call, and nobody can promise you the top spot.

I already have a listing. Is it cheaper?

No, it's the same $400. Half the work is fixing what's on there. If somebody else set it up and you can't get in, tell me before we start, because getting it back can take longer.

Do I need the website too?

Not always. When someone types "plumber near me" into a phone, they get a map, not a list of websites. For plenty of businesses this is the bigger half.
